Export Zalo conversation history to CSV
Download every message of a conversation as a CSV file and open it in Excel to look things up, check or archive.
What it does
- One CSV file per conversation, which opens in Excel.
- Columns: time, direction (in or out), sender, message type, content, attached file, message replied to, status.
- Exported right from the conversation, no other tool needed.
How to turn it on
- Open the conversation
In the Hubz inbox, open the conversation to export.
- Choose Export history
Open the conversation's menu and choose "Export history".
- Open the file in Excel
The CSV file is downloaded. Open it in Excel or another spreadsheet app.
